Mockupper - Account Deletion

1. How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us:

• Please use the subject line: “Account deletion request”

Include in your email:

• The email address used in the app
• The app name (Mockupper)
• Any additional details that help us find your account (e.g. device, approximate signup date)

2. What data we delete

When we process an account deletion request, we delete:

• Account profile information (such as name, email and identifiers stored in our systems)
• App usage data linked to your account
• In-app purchase and subscription data stored in our systems (we may retain limited billing records if required by law)
• Content you created in the apps that is associated with your account (such as chat history, saved items, favorites, and similar data)

Data we may retain where required or allowed by law:

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
• Limited billing / invoice information for tax and accounting
• Security and fraud-prevention logs

3. How long deletion takes

• We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.
• In many cases, it is processed within a few business days.
• If we need more time due to technical or legal reasons, we will inform you by email.

4. Confirmation of deletion

After we complete deletion, we will send a confirmation email to the address you used in your request.
